Costs already incurred (e.g., bookings, vendor fees) are non-refundable

All content, concepts, strategies, and materials created by BDK Enterprise remain the intellectual property of BDK Enterprise unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their intended purpose only.
7. Confidentiality
Both BDK Enterprise and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
BDK Enterprise may coordinate with third-party vendors, talent, or service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, performance, or failures of third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDK Enterprise shall not be liable for:
