REFUND POLICY

At BDK Enterprise, we are committed to delivering high-quality entertainment consulting services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, planning, and coordination with third parties, our refund policy is outlined below.

 

1. General Policy

All payments made to BDK Enterprise are subject to this Refund Policy. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable

 

Deposits secure your booking, time, and resources

Work may begin immediately after a deposit is received

3. Service Payments

 

Payments for completed services are non-refundable

If a project is ongoing, refunds (if any) will be assessed based on the work already completed

 

4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing

If a project is canceled by the client:

Any work already completed will be billed and deducted from payments made

Any remaining balance may be refunded at the discretion of BDK Enterprise

Short-notice cancellations may not be eligible for refunds

 

5. Event-Based Services

For event planning, production, or live services:

Payments covering booked vendors, talent, venues, or third-party services are non-refundable

BDK Enterprise is not responsible for refunds related to third-party cancellations or changes

 

6. Third-Party Costs

Any costs incurred on behalf of the client (including vendors, talent, venues, or materials) are non-refundable, even if the project is canceled.

 

7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, may be considered in cases where:

Services have not yet started

BDK Enterprise is unable to deliver agreed services

All approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

 

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

BDK Enterprise provides consulting and creative services. While we strive for successful results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Dissatisfaction with results alone does not qualify for a refund.

 

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact BDK Enterprise directly to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

 

10. Policy Updates

BDK Enterprise reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
